Dr. Mira Sheff serves as the Principal Investigator for the Minnesota Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (MN PRAMS) at the Minnesota Department of Health, a collaborative surveillance project whose purpose is to understand why some babies are born healthy and others are not.
